RegenX SMART SERUM is derived from autologous cytokines and growth factors from the person's own blood as a result of a series of biological processes in a specially designed Regen X kit. With this biological process, it is a completely autologous serum that contains a higher concentration of endogenous anti-inflammatory cytokines compared to other methods.
Conditioned cytokine-rich serum (ACS) with RegenX technology completes the biological process without any chemical or synthetic additives for high tolerability. lnterleukin 10 (IL-10) is an anti-inflammatory cytokine mainly produced by macrophages and Th2 cells. The reported biological activities of IL-70, which maybe interrelated, include inhibition of macrophage-mediated cytokine synthesis, suppression of the delayed-type hyper-sensitivity response, and stimulation of the Th2 celi response which results in elevated antibody production. IL-70 functions by inhibiting
pro-inflammatory cytokines made by macrophages and regulatory T cells including IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, IL-2, and IL-3, IL-4, and GM-CSF. IL-70 is also known to suppress antigen presentation on antigen presenting cells, enhances celi survival, proliferation, and antibody production.
RegenX Smart Serum working mechanism is based on incubating whole blood for 3 hours at 37 degrees C (98.6 degrees F) with RegenX kits with 15/20ml processing chamber containing nanotechnological glass spheres.
During incubation, platelets undergo rapid degradation with the help of nanotechnological glass spheres and mononuclear cells are stimulated to produce various endogenous cytokines (IL-1Ra, IL-6, IL-10) and growth factors such as PDGF and TGF-beta.
After incubation, blood clots and serum are centrifuged. It is collected and filtered before administration. It is taken into an injector for administration. It can be frozen and stored at -18 degrees C (or 0 degrees F) for subsequent therapy sessions. Before administration, it is thawed at room temperature and converted back into a viable form.
